Furthermore, he declined to comment on rumors of his potential joining of the NDA. Attention was also brought to claims made by senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi, who suggested that Nitish Kumar was becoming uneasy with his party chief's closeness to their ally, the NDA, and fearing sabotage.
