Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan have been in a relationship for 16 years, since they started dating in 2007. On the latest episode of the talk show Koffee with Karan, Kareena expressed her love for Saif through a video message. She described Saif as her whole universe and revealed that her eyes well up whenever she talks about him because he is her life. Kareena also shared her favorite memory of Saif, which was the first time she met him in Ladakh
